Whether you’re looking to avoid the summer slide, needing additional tutoring support or just looking for engaging academic enrichment activities to fill some of your child’s days off, Derby Public Schools has a variety of FREE summer learning opportunities for currently enrolled K-8 grade students!
If your child will be five years old on or before August 31, 2025, the first step to enrolling is completing Kindergarten Intent to Enroll between April 21-30, 2025.
The 2025-2026 school year calendar is now available! Please note, each elementary school and Derby High School will begin their school day five minutes earlier next year.
Derby Public Schools is excited to host its 5th STEMKAMP in June! This engaging, hands-on camp will take place June 23-26, 2025, from 9AM-3PM daily at Derby North Middle School, located at 3100 N Rock Rd in Derby.
